Brewed with dried jasmine flowers. The result ended up with about 15 IBU more than intended.\nEternal Magnum # A pale ale brewed with Magnum and Cascade hops. Double fermented, 7.5% ABV.\nSimcoe IPA # An IPA with Simcoe as the main hop. Fruity and refreshing, a great beer for the summer of 2020.\nCitra Pale Ale # A pale ale brewed exclusively with Citra.\nKloster # With its malty body, this beer is reminiscent of a beer brewed in a monastery. It resembles bottom-fermented beers but is top-fermented.\nTripel # Our first Belgian beer. A Belgian tripel with a strong Citra flavour. Ended up at an estimated 11% ABV.\nWitbier # A Belgian witbier brewed with ground coriander and dried orange peel. Brewed just in time for October.\nMany Hop IPA # The Many Hop IPA is brewed with 7 hops. 2 of the 7 hops are dry-hopped; the rest were part of the brewing process.\nMango Hibiscus Pale Ale # The Mango Hibiscus Sour Ale is a beer with a relatively neutral beer flavour. Instead, the hibiscus flavour from dried hibiscus flowers stands out strongly. A light mango flavour from puréed mangoes comes on top.\nCenti Col IPA # A refreshing IPA made with Centennial and Columbus hops.\nSummer Beer # A light, easy-drinking and slightly sweet summer beer. The hops used are Cascade and Magnum.\nSabro IPA # An IPA brewed with Sabro hops. This beer is characterised by a fruity mango note.\nNeutral # SB Neutral is a non-alcoholic beer brewed with Ludwigii yeast. Even though the hops have little effect on the body of the beer, it is a slightly hoppy and easy-drinking non-alcoholic beer.\nSoReis # A rice beer with 30% rice as unmalted grain. A stable body is supported by Sorachi Ace as a single hop.\nRed # A red ale brewed with an Irish ale yeast. It is characterised by a malty note at a low alcohol content.\nBlack # Our first attempt at an imperial stout. It is somewhat reminiscent of typical beginner stouts, but has a more pronounced nutty note.\nSecret IPA # An IPA with Vic Secret as the main flavour carrier among the hops used.\nEver SB # Another IPA, but with a stronger focus on a light malt body and weaker bitterness.\nVIVA # Similar to the Secret IPA, but brewed as an American amber. Significantly lower bitterness and plenty of flavour from the malt.\nRed Mango # Instead of the Mango Hibiscus beer, the focus here is more on mango and malt flavour. The beer style is different too: while the Mango Hibiscus is a sour ale, Red Mango is a pale ale.\nXMAS / Winter Beer # Two varieties with an extremely similar recipe. Meant for the cold winter months, these two beers, with their high alcohol content, help to get into a good mood even on gloomy days. The beers are spiced with cinnamon, and the winter beer additionally with mandarin peel.\nFrui # Our first attempt at a hemp beer with CBD hemp. The SoReis recipe is used as the base, because it doesn\u0026rsquo;t distort the hemp flavour too much.\nSuggest a beer # Do you have an idea for our next beer? Suggest it to us!\nThis form is provided by Google Forms. Only once you load it will data (e.g. your IP address) be sent to Google and cookies possibly be set. This produced characterful creations that combined tradition and a love of experimentation:\nBotanical innovation: A distinctive CBD hemp beer as well as various IPAs and pale ales broadened the hop spectrum. Seasonal highlights: The first own XMAS beer with festive, Christmassy notes became the new fixture of the winter. Sour power and fruit: With a plum variant and two different raspberry sour ales, we successfully ventured into the territory of controlled acidity. Belgian influences: A classic witbier rounded off the phase of intensive recipe research. 2025: A New Chapter – Founding the Club # What began as passionate craft found an official framework on 20 September 2025: the founding of the brewing club. This step marks the transformation from a pure home brewery into an organised community of beer enthusiasts.\nUnder the roof of the new club, two special brews were realised shortly after its founding: the exotic, floral Jasmine IPA and a new batch of the popular XMAS beer.\n2026: Quince Freshness and Looking Ahead # The year 2026 started with another innovation: the quince witbier, which combines the fruity tartness of quince with the lightness of a wheat beer.\nToday, Schwager Bräu stands not just for individual brews, but for a living brewing culture. The journey is far from over, though. With the brewing club behind us and a head full of new ideas, the pipeline for future experiments remains full. Whether new hop varieties, forgotten grains or unconventional fruits – the search for the next perfect sip continues tirelessly.
